Husband and Wife * Ultimate Reset Journey Week 1*

Week ONE for the Stakeley Family Beachbody Ultimate Reset!! 
I have grocery shopped and I am about to do my prep for the first week ahead!! 

Phase 1: Reclaim your body's natural balance.

I had my Last Cup of coffee this morning and this I believe is going to be the MOST Challenging Part for me this week!!  Coffee is a stimulant and it can affect your blood sugar. It's not a bad substance if you drink it black with a little coconut oil, frothy blended magic!! BUT it is still a substance!!

 oh how I am going to miss this creamy bliss!
Still for 21 days it is recommended to go, and really you can do anything for 21 days!!
So for now I will savor my last cup of joe!!

Ok Sunday's Plan and Prep is well under way..... Yes We will Be EATING FOOD!!

Brian is still sleeping but I am mastering our Meal Plan!!

I set up our meals and supplements for the week and now I am going to cut and chop and make ahead some of the salads and dressings smile emoticon
Pack Brian's Cooler for his last week teaching then Hit the Pool!! it's 84o in the water and 84o outside!! YEAH!!
June 1st is tomorrow and we are going to be READY!!
Family meeting tonight after dinner to go over all the details it's like the last supper!! LOL!


I did the leg work so I wanted to add this shopping list here so it is easier for you when shopping for your week 1 reset! I got most of my veggies and raw foods, nuts from Costco's and some of the condiments I had but if not shopped for at Whole Foods!!

On a Mission to be debt free in 2015!!

Three and half years ago this week, I decided to take the plunge into Beachbody coaching.  I was overweight, unhealthy and BURIED in debt. At the rate I was going, it would take a little over 30 years to pay off all of our debt… in fact, I was looking into ways to defer and consolidate my credit card debt, student loans, and payments because I didn't have the extra money and we were just living paycheck to paycheck! 
I contemplated bartending again but didn't want to spend more time away from my home since I was already working 65+ hours a week at the spa. I knew I needed to do SOMETHING but had no idea at the time when I signed up I would be here today. 
Instead, I signed as a Beachbody coach for the discount. I wanted to save $30 a month on shakeology. It had transformed my health and I knew I needed it to survive and live the way I wanted to. Healthy, Prescription free, and happy! 
 Once I saw amazing results, and started to share what was working for me. I knew I was onto something!! I get rewarded to help others!! How awesome is that!! 
I set a goal to pay off ALL of our debt as a BEACHBODY coach…and that ONE decision changed my entire life… 
>This month I was able to write a check for the entire balance on my student loans!! 
Yes I had two of them!! But Not ANYMORE!!

I have committed to do the Ultimate Reset!

So I purchased and Committed to doing the Beachbody Ultimate Reset in June!

The first time I did the Reset I BLEW my Dr's away with my blood work!! 

I am excited to get back on track on the inside and here is why.

> I have been so bad with my "health" while we were taking care of Brian's family over the first 4 months of the new year. 
Drinking too much, eating late and eating bad food, my weight has gone up about 20 pounds and since April 1st I have been following the 21 day fix with great results........ but my insides are not bouncing back as fast as the Dr would like to see.
> Stress has taken over and my blood work shows it. 50 days of Healthy Small Meal/Snack Ideas!

1. String Cheese and an apple

3. Frozen Banana (peel it first, stick in the freezer overnight. it's like a
yummy Popsicle)
4. Low-fat Yogurt
5. Apple dipped in peanut butter
6. Applesauce with yogurt or low fat cottage cheese
7. Raw veggies with hummus (my new favorite!)
9. Almonds (handful is 15)
10. Apple
11. Sunflower Seeds
12. Cottage Cheese
13. 50 calorie whole grain toasted Pita Bread and Hummus
14. Rice Cake with peanut butter
15. Air-Popped Popcorn

20. 1 cup mixed berry salad (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and/or

spritz!) and baked at for 400° for 15 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle a tiny
amount of salt on top)

45. Strawberry Salad (1 cup raw spinach with ½ cup sliced strawberries and 1
tablespoon balsamic)

handful of ice blended until smooth)
48. Black Beans (mix 1/4 cup black beans with 1 tablespoon salsa and 1

Why are there no condiments in my Nutrition Plan? 
Condiments add extra calories,sugar, and sodium to your food. 
Overuse of condiments can add to extra calories and unwanted pounds. 
Please review this list, 
read labels, and use your condiments sparingly.
Mustard is a good choice. There are plenty of zero-calorie varieties to choose from,
and even honey mustard, with its marginal amount of sugar, has just five calories per
Ketchup and Barbecue Sauce
They don't pack an alarming number of calories—ketchup has 15 per tablespoon; BBQ
sauce has 20—but most people tend to use too much. Be sure to read the label and
measure your portion size.
Using salsa is a great way to spice up your diet and add more healthy foods to your
meal plan. Salsa can take the place of many high-fat or high-sugar condiments, like
commercial salad dressings, cheese sauces, and cheese dips. As always, compare
nutritional labels to make smart food choices; select a brand that is lower in sodium.
You could also make your own salsa.
Salad Dressing
Most creamy dressings, even the ones labeled "light," have 45 to 70 calories per
tablespoon (and people tend to dump several onto their salad). A healthy alternative
is Bolthouse Farms Yogurt dressing. They have 45 calories or less for 2 Tablespoons
and taste amazing!! Find them in the produce department. You can also try making
your own dressing using a generous drizzle of olive oil with lemon juice, vinegar, or hot
Regular mayo is around 100 calories per tablespoon and high in fat. Try mixing a
half teaspoon of mayo with mustard, and spread it thinly. There are lower fat Mayo
alternatives. You can also substitute plain fat free Greek yogurt for mayo in chicken
and tuna salad.
Hot Sauce
Hot sauce is a great way to spice up your food. Remember that a little goes a long way
and be sure to read the label and make your best choice. Hot sauce can be high in
