Keep an accurate food journal for the five days. (MyFitnessPal is a great app)
Limit dairy to ONE serving a day.
Include lean PROTEIN, complex CARBOHYDRATES and
Avoid ALL processed and/or refined foods (sugar, baked goods, candies, white flour, white rice, etc) If it comes in a box or you are unsure, you can email me the label at firstname.lastname@example.org
No saturated and trans fats
Eat small frequent meals 4-6 times per day to level blood sugar and prevent hunger.
No sodas, high calorie juices and other drinks that give your body no nutritional value and lots of unnecessary (unwanted) calories.
No artificial sweetener.
No high calorie, non nutritious foods (i.e. junk food)

Coffee is ok if it is black (or if you want to use your one serving of allowed dairy to lighten it)
No alcohol for the 5 days. (hey the weekend is just around the corner–you can wait!)
