P90X is a workout I have owned and done and got amazing results from!!
I love this workout and it will forever hold a special place in my heart for helping me to jump start my weight loss and lose 30 POUNDS in 90 days!! I have gone back and tried to do P90X over and I get pulled away because of other workouts I own from Beachbody that are shorter like Focus T25. I loved T25 because it is 25 minutes 5 days a week and I love the face paced workouts that Shaun T offers and I really like the modifications that he provides.
Well the best news of all!! P90X3 is 30 minutes a day 6 days a week!! AWESOME!!
