Thai Chili Tuna Lettuce Cups

1 can (5 oz) Bumble Bee Sensations® Seasoned Tuna Medley Bowl Spicy Thai Chili, do not drain

1/2 pound dry angel hair pasta, whole wheat

2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

1/4 cup chopped cashews

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onion

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 iceberg lettuce leaf cups


1/4 cup water chestnuts

1 tablespoon chopped cashews

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

Prepare pasta according to package directions.  In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Hoisin sauce, cashews, cilantro, red bell peppers and green onions. Add salt and pepper, to taste. 
For assembly, divide pasta mixture evenly into each lettuce cup and then top with Spicy Thai Chili Bumble Bee Sensations® Seasoned Tuna Medley.  Garnish as desired with water chestnuts, cashews, cilantro and sesame seeds.
